Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they:

  • Are unused and in original condition
  • Include original packaging, manuals, and accessories
  • Are not damaged by misuse or improper installation
  • Are accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Products showing signs of use
  • Opened safety equipment where hygiene regulations apply

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team.
  2. Receive return authorization instructions.
  3. Securely package the item.
  4. Ship the product to the address provided.
  5. Once inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

We replace defective or damaged products whenever possible. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
